Day by Day Itinerary

About Safari Vehicle:
You will be having a big safari vehicle. We maintain a fleet of specially outfitted 4-wheel drive Stretched Land Cruisers providing maximum flexibility, comfort, and wildlife viewing.

Arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be met by an Amata Tours representative and transferred to your hotel. Today is rest and meet and greet on your beautiful Ameg is a family-run boutique hotel in the heart of Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Our grounds are immaculate and spacious, and offer complete privacy, just 5 minutes from Moshi Town and 30 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

After breakfast, you will visit the Materuni Waterfall and take a delightful coffee tour, passing through coffee and banana plantations, with
an insight into the local Chagga Culture. Afterward, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Moshi to rest.

After breakfast, you will drive to your reserved Hotel/ lodge or resort In the City of Karatu, after visiting Tarangire National Park Tarangire National Park is a national park in Tanzania's Manyara Region. The park's name originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees, zebras, and Giraffes Lodge Manyara heritage

After our breakfast, we will drive to Ndutu Lake Ndutu is a region in Tanzania that's known for its wildlife, history, and off-roading. Wildlife in Ndutu is a calving ground for migratory animals, especially wildebeest, which come to the area from late December to March to give birth. The region is also home to many other animals, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and wild dogs.

After breakfast, we will drive to the Ngorongoro crater Ngorongoro Conservation Area is in northern Tanzania. It’s home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and the “big 5” game (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration.

After breakfast, we will drive to Arusha to fly from Arusha International Airport to Zanzibar Stone Town and stay over at the Stone Town Tembo Hotel

Meal plan: Breakfast and Lunch are included, and for dinner, you have the choice to enjoy local food in the Forodhani Night Food Market, 5 to 10 minutes walk from our hotel
Fly to Zanzibar from Arusha

It's time to relax at Tembo Hotel at the beach or any of the 2 pools, or walk to visit the Freddie Mercury Museum step away at your desired time, and buy some gifts and souvenirs in trendy, cute little gift shops in the vicinity of your hotel.
We will be in the heart of Stone Town and we will experience the real culture of Zanzibar island.

For dinner, after viewing the sunset and chilling in the infinity pool you will have a chance to visit Stone Town with a nice scroll to the Forodhani famous market and you will have a chance to taste the fresh catch of the day from the Indian Ocean on your own or just simple dine in at your hotel.

Meal plan Breakfast You will have a chance to be introduced to the history and culture of Zanzibar by visiting different attractions in Stone Town, including the former slave market, local market, old fort, house of Wonders, catholic cathedral, Freddie Mercury house, architecture, and well-curved doors Or a visit to Prison Island and spend time with Turtles and come back to the hotel, these are optional tours and each will cost an extra $25 per person per tour.

We will be transferred to the Resort area of the Island for 2 full days of total
relaxing experience by the Indian Ocean, massages, and soaking in the white sand blue turquoise, and warm water of the Indian Ocean

Check out from the hotel and departure day to the Airport for the designated time of your flight. Please note we need to get a late checkout reservation in advance from our hotel if you have a late flight back home.
